This notice explains how Moreva Capital Ltd (“Moreva”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website, and the choices you have.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- your name, company, role and country
- your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
- the type of inquiry and your message
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information when any page is visited, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it

- to understand whether and how we may be able to help
- to keep a record of our correspondence
- to protect the website against misuse
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to. Submitting an inquiry does not open an account. If you later become a client, separate onboarding, KYC and AML procedures apply, with their own information.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Where you are asking about a service, we also process your data to take steps you have requested before any agreement is entered into.
Who we share it with
- service providers that host this website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions
- regulated banks, brokers, custodians, advisers or other specialist partners, only where needed to address your inquiry and with your agreement
- regulators, courts or authorities where the law requires it
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the country where you are located. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if no business relationship follows, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Subject to the data protection laws that apply to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@moreva.capital and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential transaction documents through the contact form.
